Partner with HR and Training to ensure full cohesiveness on the Retail People Agenda inclusive of performance and talent management.
Proactively engage in managerial meetings in relation to business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues Ensuring a positive and motivated work environment and smooth, effective and efficient collaboration
Proactively maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring local competition.
Work cross functionally to build relationships and ensure full cohesiveness along the customer journey (i.e. customer care)
Work to identifying non performing areas, introducing solutions to turn the area around into a profitable section.
Take full ownership for the management responsibility within the region.
