About this Role Key Objective ▪ Sales orders are processed accurately and within SLA ▪ Achieve personal and team objectives e.g. Sales Conversion target gross to net ▪ Maintain high level of quality when processing orders to ensure data is captured without error and ensure the correct channel is selected at point of sale ▪ Taking end to end ownership of sales orders in order to increase net sales ▪ Multitask taking both inbound and outbound sales order calls ▪ Adherence to the customer contact strategy for order exceptions and manual processes ▪ Effective management of sales calls to ensure no sales are lost, while ensuring customers’ needs are met ▪ Maximise sales opportunities . ▪ Implementation of registered manual controls – to include reporting, outbound calls to customers & correction of customer accounts ▪ Support manual processes for ad hoc tactical Sales campaigns, including the management of internal & external mailboxes | |
