 Working in the eir Small Business Channel, the objectives of the role are:

● To achieve sales quotas and goals by ensuring that all sales leads are identified confirmed with the customer and then converted.

● Win back business from competitors, along with adding products and services to existing customers and to develop future business growth, ensuring that targets are exceeded

What is expected from the Role?

● To drive opportunity identification and conversion for the appropriate suite of eir’s fixed data and eir Mobile in line with business targets

● To achieve sales quotas and goals by ensuring that all sales leads are identified confirmed with the customer and then converted.

● Generate market interest and close sales by executing product and segment marketing activities such as: projects, campaigns

● Be a hunting specialist and constantly chasing new business

● Provide support as required to the Inside Sales Manager

● To ensure all customer contact information is gathered and accurately inputted into the CRM system

● Manage internal relationships to ensure that all sales are fulfilled

Requirements for a Successful Application:

Knowledge, Experience/ Qualifications

● Proven work experience within generating new sales

● Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel

● In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

● Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

● Strong analytical and organizational skills
