Recruitment Data Retention Policy

As per eir HR's data retention schedule, in accordance with GDPR Legislation, all data collected during the recruitment process is held for a period of 18 months after the candidate has been advised of the outcome of the process.

The data collected over the course of an application for a vacancy will only be used in relation to the respective application. This data will be retained for a period of 18 months per the above, after which time it will be deleted.
