Expectations From The Role:
Key Responsibilities
Manage processes for reference data changes e.g. rates, discounts & promotions
Perform Bill Validation for the key billing systems
Monitor suspended orders and calls / overdue unbilled charges etc.
Run & monitor bill cycle volumes/values
Resolve in a timely manner escalated Billing Queries
Ensure appropriate controls are in place to minimise risk of billing errors
Support Billing release deployments and ensure billing functionality supports anticipated customer needs
Support billing projects
Monitor bill production, print and post volumes/costs
Bill Schedule management
Bill Quality
Customer Billing Complaints management
Business Continuity
Non Standard Billing
Invoice reconciliation
Key Performance Indicators
Timely execution of Billing reference data requests
Bill timeliness
Resolution of Bill Queries

Strong analytical skill set
Telecoms industry experience an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft office
Strong experience in large excel datasets
SQL experience an advantage
Business/technical degree desirable
