Expectations From The Role:

As a Lead Retail Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide tailored mobile and broadband solutions.

  • Sales Leadership: Maintain strong individual sales performance while motivating and guiding peers to achieve their targets.

  • Mentorship: Act as a go-to person for team members, sharing product knowledge and best practices to uplift team capability.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Support in handling escalations or complex customer queries to deliver a best-in-class experience.

  • Store Operations: Assist with stock control, administration, and operational tasks that contribute to store efficiency.

  • Policy & Product Knowledge: Stay informed on eir’s offerings, promotions, and policies, and help ensure these are shared and adhered to accurately with the wider team.

  •  Market Awareness: Keep informed of competitor offerings so you can provide customers with the most competitive and relevant information.

Flexibility is key—you’ll be expected to work evenings and weekends in line with store opening hours.

Qualifications


  • 1–2 years of experience in retail or sales is desirable, but relevant life experience will also be considered.
