Job Overview: This is a key role which sits within the Commercial Department of eir evo, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. The primary responsibilities include leading the development and execution of the partner strategy, owning the P&L, managing partner engagement, and leading the transformation of all partner-related activities across pricing, processing, fulfilment and billing. 

This role will drive strategic alliances with global technology leaders such as Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Apple, and Fortinet to drive revenue growth, improve margins, and deliver exceptional value to customers . Driving positive collaboration with sales teams and partners will deliver market success.

Location:  Flexible, hybrid working, i.e. Two days remote per week with three days at the head office in Heuston South Quarter, Dublin 2.

Expectations From The Role:

Own the partner P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

Define and implement a comprehensive partner strategy aligned to our growth objectives.

Identify and cultivate high-impact partnerships that drive innovation and market differentiation.

Develop joint go-to-market plans to drive sales and increase profitability.

Oversee partner engagement, pricing strategies, deal registration, and fulfilment processes.

Ensure compliance with partner programs and incentives.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Delivery teams to ensure partner offerings are effectively positioned and supported.

Drive partner enablement initiatives to ensure internal teams are equipped to sell and support partner solutions.

Act as a key liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and mutual success.

Continuously assess and refine partner processes to create an agile and efficient partner team

Monitor and report on partner performance metrics and pipeline development.

Develop the KPIs to measure performance and provide regular updates to the management team


Requirements For A Successful Application:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 10+ years of management experience.

  • Proven experience managing partners and business growth.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Competency Profile

Proven experience in a senior partner management or alliances role within the technology sector.

Strong commercial acumen with experience owning and managing a P&L.

Deep understanding of the partner ecosystems of Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Apple, Fortinet, or similar.

Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and influence at all levels.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
