About This Role:

Responsible for managing the customer relationship for one or a number of key customers within the eircom NI portfolio delivering excellent customer experience 

Expectations From The Role:

Responsibilities 

Analyse and regularly review service performance against Service Level and Operational Level agreements 

Ensure services are delivered in an efficient manner, maximizing profitability and demonstrating value for money internally and to customers 

Provide regular reports on service performance and achievement to the customer and internally 

Identify and manage any actions required to maintain or improve service levels 

Act as primary interface between customer and eircom, building and / or enhancing mutually beneficial relationships 

Improve customer satisfaction 

Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with suppliers, both internal and external 

Instigate remedial actions to address any service affecting issues 

Analyse trends and identify areas for improvement 

Requirements For A Successful Application:

3 - 5 years experience in a service management role within a managed services environment 

ITIL Service Management certification 

Customer focused 

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills 

Strong oral and written communication skills 

High level of planning and organisational skills 

Previous experience in telecommunications or networking service environment would be advantageous 

Industry Background – Comms/ICT/Consulting/SI

Managing external vendors

Management of complex projects

Knowledge of Operational activities

Knowledge of Telecoms and/or IT technology and infrastructure
