This position involves leading high-level engagements, driving business development, and fostering strong partnerships with Microsoft and other stakeholders. The role is crucial in consolidating strategy, commercial activities, and strategic engagements within the Microsoft suite of services, contributing significantly to eir evo’s growth and market presence.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive annual strategy for the Microsoft Practice.
Align the Microsoft Practice's objectives with the overall strategic goals of eir evo.
Identify emerging technologies from Microsoft
Provide leadership and mentoring to the product specialist leads
Business Development
Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and customers.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with the technical leaders at key customers
Develop and enable a market responding set of Microsoft Cloud solutions.
Commercial
Own the Microsoft all-up budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and accountability.
Support the CSP team with licensing and commercial engagements.
Solution development - Lead the development of new Microsoft based solutions and services and mapping these to the Microsoft pillars and frameworks.
Support the Professional Services team with commercial engagements.
Support the Bid Management team with commercial engagements.
Marketing
Collaborate with the Marketing & Comms team to plan and execute go-to-market activities, including events, campaigns, and customer content.
Partnership
Engage and strengthen the relationship with Microsoft, including participation in partner reviews, strategic events, and opportunities that drive eir evo success.
Lead the Microsoft Partner of the year application process
Lead key engagements with Microsoft to leverage program usage, incentives, and audits.
Lead and execute the continued accreditation status and effective usage of initiatives offered to eir evo.
Delivery
Support the Head of Delivery with escalations and ensure effective team planning and proactive engagements are in place.
Work with Revenue Assurance to manage the PS run rate and team capacity.
Support Practice Leads to develop and complete strategic and commercial offerings.
Requirements For A Successful Application:
Candidate Requirements:
Candidate must be based on the island of Ireland.
Experience in a Microsoft Partner is required.
Preference for candidates with a strong technical background.
Must be able to own a target/budget.
Experience actually delivering project work preferred.
