We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Mobile Sales Specialist to drive the success of our mobile product portfolio. This role is pivotal in bridging technology and customer engagement, combining strong sales acumen with industry expertise in mobile communications. You will work cross-functionally to drive sales initiatives, advise on mobile solutions, and contribute to the evolution of our mobile offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation and Closure: Develop and execute strategies to generate and close sales pipeline across all segments, including SME, Enterprise, and Government, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Market Share Expansion: Implement strategies to drive significant market share growth, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to expand our presence in the mobile communications market.
Customer Engagement: Partner with sales and account management teams to support pre-sales, solution design, and customer onboarding for mobile services, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Presales & Bid Management: Lead technical responses for mobile-related RFPs and tenders, including solution architecture, pricing, and compliance documentation. Collaborate with account managers and product teams to qualify opportunities and shape compelling proposals. Maintain and report on the Mobile pipeline, including bid tracking and prioritisation. Prepare and present materials for Bid Review Boards (BRB), including pricing briefs and commercial justifications.
Customer Engagement & Solution Design: Act as a technical advisor during customer onboarding and migration processes, particularly for enterprise and government clients. Provide guidance on mobile device management (MDM), security, roaming, and provisioning strategies. Tailor mobile solutions to meet client-specific needs.
Technical Scope & Delivery: Support the design and implementation of mobile infrastructure including APN configuration, SIM provisioning, and device enrolment workflows. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with platforms such as Intune, Azure AD, and zero-touch enrolment systems. Participate in device testing, quality assurance, and configuration validation for enterprise deployments.
Operational Delivery & Escalation Management: Coordinate with internal teams (care, onboarding, legal, product) to ensure smooth delivery of mobile services. Support change management, incident reporting, and project delivery activities.
Innovation & Technology Leadership: Bring innovative ideas and support the creation and launch of new service offerings including internal and external training and documentation. Monitor and evaluate emerging mobile technologies such as eSIM and Private 5G. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess feasibility and shape go-to-market strategies for new mobile innovations. Represent the eir evo Mobile Sales function in innovation forums, vendor briefings, and technical roadmap discussions.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update documentation, including service descriptions, onboarding guides, and customer-facing collateral. Produce weekly activity reports and contribute to internal performance reviews and planning sessions
Requirements For A Successful Application:
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in mobile telecommunications, ideally in a presales, bid, or technical account management role.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume bid pipelines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Experience with mobile infrastructure components such as APNs, SIM lifecycle management, and device provisioning.
Familiarity with enterprise mobility platforms (e.g., Intune, Azure AD, zero-touch enrolment).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate value propositions in competitive tenders.
Experience with public sector procurement processes is a strong advantage.
Awareness of emerging mobile technologies such as Private Networks, eSIM orchestration, and 5G.
Experience engaging with vendors and partners on technical roadmaps and service evolution.
Ability to translate complex technical developments into customer-ready propositions and internal enablement materials.
