About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and support the upgrade of existing multi-development units (MDU’s) to full fibre services as well as supporting the successful rollout of our fibre optic network to new housing developments.

Why This Role:

The successful candidate will manage FTTH network rollout, including commercial terms, scope, project scheduling, risk identification & resolution, timelines and delivery in new and sometime existing residential developments nationwide.  The successful candidate should have a detailed understanding of project managing telecoms infrastructure rollout.

Expectations From The Role:

  • Collaborate with developers and their agents to understand project timelines, scope, and requirements.

  • Discuss and agree commercial terms where appropriate

  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues proactively, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Work with internal network operations team to effectively manage contractors deliver on time FTTH networks and to improve the flow of information between all stakeholders

  • Support operational teams with engagement with property management companies to ensure the timely installation of fibre infrastructure to existing housing developments (MDU & SDU)

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation within the new housing development sector

Requirements For A Successful Application:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in managing complex projects within the telecommunications industry, with a strong preference for experience in fibre optic network deployment or similar

  • Understanding of fibre optic network design, construction, and testing methodologies

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

  • Experience of operating in a regulated environment

  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
