This is a key role within the Service and Delivery organisation.

The reporting Analyst will support our Health Business, specifically the centralised Health WAN for the Trusts in NI.  The role is responsible for producing accurate, timely and insightful reports related to service, performance, operational metrics and contractual compliance. 
The analyst will work closely with operational teams, service managers and client stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are met and that data supports effective decision-making and service improvement.

Expectations From The Role:

·       Reporting & Data Analysis: 

o   Produce monthly & quarterly operational and performance reports for all customers of the Shared Health WAN contract including but not limited to the seven Trusts, BSO, NIFRS & GP Surgeries

o   Analyse service data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement

o   Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and SLAs.

o   Ensure all reports and accurate, consistent and delivered within agreed timelines.

·       Contract & Performance Monitoring:

o   Monitor contract Performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

o   Provide performance insights to operational managers and leadership teams.

o   Support contract governance meetings by preparing reporting packs and performance summaries.

·       Data Management:

o   Extract, transform and validate data from multiple telecom systems and databases.

o   Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting outputs

o   Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data sources

·       Stakeholder Support:

o   Work with operational teams to understand reporting requirements and business needs.

o   Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support operational decisions.

o   Assist client stakeholders by explaining performance data and responding to reporting queries.

·       Continuous Improvement:

o   Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation and data visualisation

o   Support the development of new dashboards, reporting tools and analytics capabilities

Contribute to process improvements within the reporting function.

Requirements For A Successful Application:

·       Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of IT and telecoms, service management frameworks (like ITIL), and relevant technologies like cloud platforms

·       Analytical skills: Ability to perform structured analysis, interpret data, and formulate evidence-based solutions

·       Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

·       Leadership: Proven ability to influence stakeholder

·      Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, such as service management
