About This Role:

The purpose of this job is Is to ensure that customer orders are processed, fulfilled, delivered, and invoiced in a timely and efficient manner. This role plays a critical part when it comes to ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining positive relationships with our colleagues across key departments. The order fulfilment team work closely with Sales, Sales Support, Product and Finance Teams

Expectations From The Role:

  • Process customer sales orders accurately, this involves reviewing sales/customer orders and verifying their accuracy.

  • Process orders using our CRM and backend ordering systems.

  • To track open orders, monitor the status of orders, provide updates to the account managers and/or customers.

  • To coordinate the installation/delivery of services to customers.

  • Addressing and resolving any issues related to the delivery of services.

  • Providing administrative support when required to other areas of the business.

  • Processing and assigned tasks from our centralised inbox.

Requirements For A Successful Application:

Essential:

  • 2 - 3 years experience in a procurement/sales support role 

  • Familiarity with order fulfilment and customer service best practices

  • Some experience in an order fulfilment and/or customer service

  • Some experience in an administrative role in a sales environment may also be beneficial.

  • Experience using CRM tool and Microsoft Office may also be beneficial.

  • Experience with data entry and analysis

  • Manage time effectively and keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Attention to detail, record keeping and documentation.

  • As a junior within order fulfilment, you will be working closely with others in the team, so being a team player is important.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to present information clearly and effectively.

  • Being able to adjust to changes in work processes and technology is crucial in order fulfilment, as the industry is constantly evolving.
