Eir evo are excited to be expanding our Technical Service Management team. We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer/Administrator with strong Project Management and Service Delivery experience to join us as a Technical Services Manager for a role in a managed service operation.

As part of this role, you will be working with and leading a highly motivated technically strong team, comprising of Senior Management, I.T client stakeholders, System engineers and Support Desk personnel.
Expectations From The Role:
Become a key partner to the eir evo Service Delivery division, providing technical knowledge and expertise, and work within the account team towards a common goal.
Build strong relationships with customers and partners on all levels
Possess a detailed understanding of the customer’s technical environment and how operations are aligned to drive the customers’ business
Become a trusted and reliable technical advisor for your assigned customers by identifying opportunities to improve the technical delivery of service.
Act as liaison to Professional Services for roadmap conversations covering strategy and resource scheduling.
Proactive with assigned customers informing them of solution changes or potential disruptions to their service and advise on managing risk strategies.
Able to analyse business needs and translate them into technical requirements back into the Account Management team.
Engage with Customer and/or Partner on the project planning effort as well as defining mitigation planning for identified risks and items on the critical path.
Collaborate with assigned customers on their business objectives with the goal of anticipating future technical needs and opportunities where technical engagements delivered by eir evo can enhance the services being delivered to the customer.
Requirements For A Successful Application:
More than 5 years’ experience working in I.t related operations or project management
An understanding of Public Cloud, Microsoft, Citrix, VMARE, Storage and Networks is essential to help manage and support the technical and account management teams
You should ideally hold industry certifications and qualifications, in Project Management and ITIL.
Ability to co-ordinate projects, work closely with Professional Services consultants to ensure projects are scoped and completed fully
Proven ability and experience managing 3rd party suppliers, services and vendors
Work with the business and wider eir evo Group to design and deliver technology roadmaps and strategy
Ability to report on SLAs and KPIs where required
Additional qualifications in MCSA/MCSE/MCITP, CCNA/CCNP, VCP would be an advantage
